- 使用者須遵守香港特別行政區的所有適用法律及規例。
- 使用者須配備支援Wi-Fi的無線裝置及相關軟件才能使用本服務。使用者使用服務時，可採用提供較佳資料保護功能的加密連結通道。APITA及／或其服務供應商並不保證本服務可與使用者的裝置和相關軟件兼容。
- APITA及／或其服務供應商沒有責任為用戶的Wi-Fi裝置提供技術支援，包括但不限於其Wi-Fi裝置的連接功能。APITA及／或其服務供應商不會承擔任何因使用或嘗試使用本服務而引起或導致使用者的Wi-Fi裝置及相關軟件的任何損失或損害。
- 使用者不得利用本服務瀏覽或存取含有淫褻、暴力、不雅或非法內容的網頁，亦不得利用本服務參與非法賭博或其他非法活動。
- 使用者明白及同意，如有需要，APITA及／或其服務供應商有權及可全權決定停止任何人士使用本服務。
- 使用者明白及同意，APITA及／或其服務供應商會保留使用者瀏覽互聯網的活動記錄。使用者的瀏覽記錄會用於維修服務和統計用量。除了因應法律、規例或法庭命令的要求、執法需要或為了防止或制止非法活動和違反本守則的行為外，任何記錄內的資料將不會披露予任何未經授權的人士。對任何因披露記錄資料而導致任何損失、破壞或損害（包括但不限於直接、間接、特別或隨後的損失、破壞或損害），APITA及／或其服務供應商不會承擔或接受任何法律責任、義務或責任。
- 使用者明白及同意，使用本服務，須自行承擔風險。使用者應留意使用本服務的風險，包括但不限於資訊保安風險、資料傳送受阻、延誤或故障，以及電腦病毒或惡意軟體感染。APITA及／或其服務供應商並不保證使用本服務時資料的安全傳送。如因本服務、使用或不當使用本服務而導致任何損失、破壞或損害（包括但不限於直接、間接、特別或隨後的損失、破壞或損害），APITA及／或其服務供應商不會承擔或接受任何法律責任、義務或責任。

Wi-Fi Service Conditions of Use and Disclaimers:
Please read the following Conditions of Use and Disclaimers (“the Conditions”) carefully before using the wireless Internet access service (“this Service”) provided by APITA and/or the service provider. By using this Service, you agree to accept unconditionally the Conditions which may be revised and/or amended from time to time by APITA and/or the service provider without prior notice to you. If you do not accept the Conditions, you must immediately close the browser and the connection and neither make or permit use of this Service thereafter.
- Each User shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Each User shall have a Wi-Fi enabled device and related software in order to use this Service. User may use the encrypted connection channel of this Service, which provides better data protection. APITA and/or the service provider does not guarantee that the Service will be compatible with User’s device and related software.
- APITA and/or the service provider is under no obligation to provide technical support for User’s Wi-Fi enabled devices, including but not limited to their Wi-Fi connection functionality. APITA and/or the service provider does not accept any liability for any loss or damage to User’s Wi-Fi enabled device and related software arising out of or resulting from the use or attempted use of this Service.
- Each User shall NOT use this Service for accessing web pages containing obscene, indecent or illegal materials, or engaging in illegal gambling or other illegal acts.
- Each User acknowledges and agrees that APITA and/or the service provider shall have the power and full discretion to disallow any person from using this Service whenever APITA and/or the service provider considers appropriate.
- Each User acknowledges and agrees that APITA and/or the service provider will keep logs of activities on the Internet and browsing history of User. The logs will be used by APITA and/or the service provider for service maintenance and compilation of usage statistics. Any information contained in the logs will not be disclosed to any unauthorized person, unless the disclosure is required by law, regulation or court order, or is necessary for law enforcement or preventing or stopping illegal activities or contravention of the Conditions. APITA and/or the service provider will not have or accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for any loss, destruction, or damage (including without limitation direct or indirect, special or consequential loss, destruction or damage) howsoever arising from or in respect of the disclosure.
- Each User acknowledges and agrees that he/she carries out any downloading or uploading through using this Service at his/her own risk. APITA and/or the service provider will not have or accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for any loss, destruction, or damage (including without limitation direct or indirect, special or consequential loss, destruction or damage) howsoever arising from or in respect of any downloading or uploading through using or misusing this Service.
- In case of disputes, Unicorn Stores (HK) Ltd. reserves the rights of final decision.
